We had on earlier dates of adjournments issued notice upon the proprietor respondent(s) through Edathala Police Station, Address: Nalam Mile, Kulakkad, Kerala 683112.
The aforesaid notice has not been served by the SHO of the aforesaid Police Station upon the respondent(s).
I, therefore, request Commissioner of Police, Address- Office of the Commissioner of Police Marine Drive Walkway, Marine Drive, Ernakulam, Kerala 682011 that the order passed by this Tribunal dated 22.11.2023 be served upon the respondent(s) through the aforesaid Police Station.
Copy of today’s order as well as order dated 22.11.2023 be sent to Commissioner of Police, Address- Office of the Commissioner of Police Marine Drive Walkway, Marine Drive, Ernakulam, Kerala 682011, by the Registered Post AD or by Speed Post.
Dasti/Direct service is also permitted to the petitioner to serve today’s order as well as order dated 22.11.2023 of this Tribunal to the Commissioner of Police, Address- Office of the Commissioner of Police Marine Drive Walkway, Marine Drive, Ernakulam, Kerala 682011.
