Judgment
Despite the notice issued by this Tribunal to be served by City Police Sadar Kotwali Police Station, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, the same has not been served by SHO of the police station upon the owner of the respondent.
We, therefore, request Deputy Commissioner of police, (East), Jodhpur, Rajasthan that the order passed by this Tribunal vide our order dated 28.11.2022 may complied with through to aforesaid police station. The details are as under: -
