Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner / decree holder and learned counsel for respondents / judgment debtor.
Learned counsel for the decree holder submits that annexures in the affidavit of judgment debtor filed on 22.9.2021 are not legible or correctly photocopied so as to show the full contents and therefore, petitioner / decree holder could not file its response to the said affidavit although time was granted for that purpose on 11.10.2021.
A perusal of the annexures to said affidavit show that starting from page 30 onwards, several pages are either partially photocopied or are illegible. Learned counsel for the respondent shall ensure that complete and legible copies of the concerned annexures from page 30 onwards is supplied to the learned counsel for decree holder within two weeks.
Within the same time, four sets of relevant pages of the annexures should be filed with the Registry of this Tribunal for perusal at the time of next hearing.
Decree holder/petitioner may file its response within a further period of two weeks. Rejoinder, if required, to such response may be filed before the next date.
Post the matter under the same head on 11.1.2022.
