Learned Counsel representing the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner shall be satisfied in case he is permitted to file a
representation to the Competent Authority detailing therein his grievances. Sh. Rajat Chauhan, learned Law Officer states that he has no objection
in case the petitioner is permitted to file a representation.
Accordingly in view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the following directions:- (i) The petitioner shall file a representation to
the Secretary (Forest) Government of Himachal Pradesh within a period of two weeks; whereafter the Secretary (Forest) shall consider and
decide the representation in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.
Needless to say, the appropriate Authority while considering the representation shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. Till
the time representation is decided by the aforesaid Authority, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner pursuant to Annexure P-6.
Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
