Ms. Maneesha Dhir, learned Counsel for the petitioners candidly acknowledges that these cases are covered by the order dated 15 March 2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in WP(C) 3887/2024^{11.Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Deveopment Corporation Limited v. Vandana Manchanda}. She also candidly states that though SLP has been filed, till date the SLP could not have been listed before the Supreme Court. She has handed over across the Bar a copy of the order dated 15 March 2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Vandana Manchanda.

Accordingly, following the said order, these writ petitions are also dismissed. However, this order would be subject to the outcome of the proceedings before the Supreme Court in the SLP filed against Vandana Manchanda.
