Judgment
Gita Mittal, J.—By this writ petition, the petitioner has submitted that it is a registered Sangthan of the small scale industrialists to look into the day to day problems of the members and acting as the link between the Govt. of NCT of Delhi and the various small scale industrialists. It has been contended that a representation has been made to the respondent seeking relocation and upliftment of its members. Representation in this behalf is pending with the respondent since the 29th June, 2007. By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks consideration of its representation and a final view in the matter by the respondent.
In view of this prayer made by the petitioner, there can possibly be no legal impediment to the grant of the relief. This writ petition seeks only a consideration of the representation stated to have been submitted by the petitioner.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 17th May, 2007 made by the petitioner (Annexure P 3 to this writ petition) and to take a considered view in the matter within a period of eight weeks from today. In case any clarification or assistance is sought, the petitioner be communicated to the same at the address disclosed in the memo of parties in the present writ petition. The clarification shall be furnished by the respondent within a period of one week of the receipt of the same.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties.
