Notice. Mr. Ajay Vaidya, learned Senior Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
Learned counsels on both sides submits that this matter is identical to the issue that was considered and decided by the Division Bench of this Court
on 20.07.2021 in CWP No.4423 of 2020 and connected matters. Hence, it is prayed that this petition may be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid
order. The submissions of the learned counsels are accepted.
In view of the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 20.07.2021, passed by the Division Bench of this Court
on 20.07.2021 in CWP No.4423 of 2020 and connected matters, titled Aakash Srivastava versus State of H.P and others. Consequently, the
respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization, as expeditiously as possible.
Pending miscellaneous application is also disposed of.
