We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This Transfer Petition is filed seeking transfer of case bearing No. 88 of 2017 titled as "Sachin Kumar Taneja vs. Deepika Chabbra" pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court , Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
Keeping in view the submissions made in the Court and going through the record, we deem it appropriate to transfer the case bearing No. 88 of 2017 titled as "Sachin Kumar Taneja vs. Deepika Chabbra" pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh to the Family Court, Jind, Haryana.
After transfer of the petition, the transferee Court is directed to make all endeavour either for amicable settlement or for early decision in the matter without unnecessary adjournments. The parties will be at liberty to discuss about the terms of settlement before the learned Family Court Judge.
Transfer Petition is allowed accordingly.
