Judgment

1.The writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:
i) That the impugned Annexures: A-3, A-4 & A-6, dated 22nd November, 1991, 24.1.2000 & 7th April, 2000 respectively may be quashed and set aside;
ii) That the Respondents may be directed to appoint the applicant as Excise & Taxation Inspector from the date of his initial appointment i.e. 20th March, 1984 with all consequential benefits like arrears of salary, salary & promotion etc. at par with Shri Rajinder Singh;
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of Annexure A-2 and also acquisition of graduation and other qualification of the Petitioner, he may be permitted to approach the first Respondent for considering his case afresh. The writ petition is disposed of as follows.
In the event of the Petitioner approaching the first Respondent and filing appropriate representation within two months from today, the matter will be duly considered by the first Respondent in accordance with law and in case the Petitioner prays for an opportunity for hearing, the same shall also be granted.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
