Judgment

The grievance of the petitioner is as to non-passing of the order on bail petition since very long, the said bail petition having been filed on 18.6.2022.
Notice to respondents is dispensed with since no effective orders are being passed by this Court and that only a direction is being issued to pass orders on the Bail Petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner in support of his contention that bail petition ought to have been considered and disposed off at the earlier point of time, liberty of his client having been curtailed, is supported by the latest decision of the Apex Court in SATENDRA KUMAR ANTIL vs. CENTRAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION, 2022 SCC OnLine SC 825. There is force in this submission
In the above circumstances, the I Addl. Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Bangalore, is directed to pass orders on the subject bail petition within three working days, liberty of citizen being constitutionally guaranteed. All contentions are kept open.
