Judgment
This revision is preferred against the order passed by the trial Court on 3.3.2020 whereby the application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC by the petitioner was rejected.
It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that this revision is based on the judgments passed in Mahabir Gope Vs. Harbans Narain Singh (AIR 1952 SC 205) and Asa Ram and another Vs. Mst. Ram Kali and another (AIR 1958 SC 183). It is further submitted that one I.A. with regard to stay has been filed, i.e., I.A. No. 1231/2020 and prayed that considering the reasons assigned in the application, ex-parte stay be granted against the respondents.

This Civil Revision is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. Looking to the nature of the petition, in the interest of justice, till next date of hearing, operation of the impugned order dated 3.3.2020 shall remain stayed.
Issue notice to the respondents on payment of process fee within seven days, returnable within four weeks.
