Judgment
Appellant-Deepak Bakekar and respondent- Smt. Gayatri Bakekar are present before this Court.
This appeal filed by the husband is directed against the divorce decree granted on mutual consent under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act by the judgment and decree dated 22.08.2012 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court Gwalior in Case No. 106A/2012.
As transpired, the marriage was solemnized on 16.06.2006. The couple lived together upto the year 2010 and they were blessed with a baby boy. Now, the boy is about 17 years of age.
It appears that with the passage of time, some wisdom prevailed upon them. There is a change of hearts. Both of them want to live together for better quality of life for their son and for them as well. We appreciate the efforts made by both of them. For the purpose of passing the order, we find it expedient to order for recording of their statements before Principal Registrar in post-lunch session today.
