Judgment

Notice. Mr. Nand Lal Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2.
The petitioner, by August, 2021 has completed ten years of service in the Tribal area and was thus entitled to be transferred and accommodated to a soft station of his choice. However, in stead of accommodating the petitioner, he has again been transferred and that too, to a station which is not of his choice.
Therefore, in the given facts and circumstances, we dispose of the present petition by directing the respondents to consider and transfer the petitioner to any of the five stations enumerated in para-11 of the petition as under:
a) GSSS Jari District Kullu, H.P.
b) GSSS Sainj District Kullu, H.P.
c) GSSS Balu District Mandi, H.P.
d) GSSS Panarsa District Mandi, H.P.
e) Any other stations in District Kullu, H.P.
Since the petitioner has been relieved, therefore, in such circumstances, we direct that no coercive steps shall be taken against him so as to compel him to join at the transferred station. Let needful be done within a period of two weeks from today.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
