Judgment

An affidavit has been filed by the respondent No. 2 indicating the format and Schedule payment of terminal benefits due to the petitioner, the said Schedule has been detailed in Para-2 and is reproduced hereinbelow:
“2. That there are multiple liabilities of the Company, which are being met from the fund being released by the Government i.e., Respondent No. 1 from time to time. However, Company proposes to disburse the pensionary benefits due to petitioner in instalments in the following manner:
Schedule of Payment of Instalments
On receipt of certified true copy of the Order of the Hon’ble Court Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs) only shall be released being the first instalment thereafter @ Rs. 4,00,000 (Rupees Four Lakhs) only at the interval of every one month as per schedule given below:

Accordingly, the instant matter stands disposed of in terms of the statements made in Para-2 and on presentation of certified copy of this order, the respondent No. 2 shall immediately commence payment of the terminal benefits as undertaken by this affidavit and as per the schedule.
Matter accordingly stands disposed of.
