This petition has been filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S., 2023 being aggrieved by the non-compliance of the order dated 08.10.2024, whereby the respondent No.5 was directed to submit a status report in the complaint(s) filed under section 175 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
Heard.
Perusal of record reflects that sufficient time has been given to respondent No.5 to submit status report in the complaints made by the petitioner. But, after lapse of more than a year, respondent No.5 did not comply with the order passed by learned JMFC.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, respondent No.5 is directed to submit the status report before the trial Court positively within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of copy of this order and thereafter, learned trial Court is also directed to decide the case as per the Provisions of law.
With the aforesaid, petition is disposed of.
Copy of this order be sent to concerned Court.
