Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by Chief Conservator of Forests (Garhwal) dated 06.10.2021, whereby he has been transferred from Divisional Office, Uttarkashi to the office of Chief Conservator of Forests at Pauri. The post hold by the petitioner is Senior Administrative Officer.

According to the petitioner, by the impugned order, petitioner has been transferred for a short-while. According to him, petitioner and his wife both are ailing, therefore, this short term transfer would cause problems for the petitioner.

Learned Brief Holder appearing for the respondents submits that petitioner has rushed to this Court without waiting for decision on his representation, which he made to Chief Conservator of Forests (Garhwal) at Pauri.

Having regard to the facts of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to Chief Conservator of Forests (Garhwal) at Pauri to consider petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2021 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition), as early as possible, but not later than four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
