Prayer in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of MANDAMUS directing respondents No.1 to 3 to issue directions to demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction raised in front of shops causing hindrance to ingress and outgress of the road and which is also affecting the passage of the public.
The petitioner has already approached the respondents No.1 and 2 by filing a detailed representation on 28.04.2023 which is appended with the petition as Annexure P-1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if the direction is issued to the official respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 28.04.2023 (Annexure P-1) by the petitioner within a specific time period.

Without going into the merits of the case and without commenting thereon, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to consider and decide representation dated 28.04.2023 (Annexure P-1) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Decision so taken be conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.
The present petition is disposed of accordingly.
