Judgment

Heard on I.A.No.4758/2022, an application for assisting the Government Advocate.
On due consideration, the application is allowed. Shri Paritosh Trivedi, Advocate is permitted to assist the Government Advocate.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this first application for bail under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. with a liberty to repeat the same after filing of the charge-sheet.
Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
It is pointed out that the applicant is a student of B.A. Second Year and examinations are to be started on 28th of this month; therefore, authorities may be directed to take the present applicant to the Examination Centre to enable him to give the examination of B.A. Second Year.
Prayer allowed.
The Authorities are directed to verify the aspect of the examination of the present applicant if the examinations are scheduled from 28.03.2022 or on some other dates, they are directed to take the applicant to the Examination Centre for Date: 2022.03.16 15:32:55 IST giving the examination of B.A. Second Year.
