Judgment
As these two writ petitions are similar with identical facts they are being disposed of by this common order.
The case of the petitioners is that they are successful tenderers for a project pertaining to Laitryngew 12- Shnong - Sohra and Other Villages Water Supply Scheme under centrally funded scheme (National Rural Drinking Water Supply Programme) for supply of drinking water to 185 villages.
The petitioners being successful tenderers then accordingly furnished the Contract Performance Security as follows:

In view of the judgment rendered in WP(C) No. 529 of 2018 and WP(C) No.
