Notice to the respondent. At this stage, Mr. R.S. Randhawa Advocate accepts notice and states he has no objection to the disposal of the main petition which has been filed by his client. The main petition is for transfer of complaint of Darshan Kumar Goel and Dinesh Goel against M/s Gazebo Industries Ltd., Ludhiana on the plea that the lawyers of Ludhiana are not extending their legal assistance to the petitioners. So much so they have resolved not to take up the case of the petitioners. In this view of the matter, the petitioners are not likely to get justice from law courts at Ludhiana on account of noncooperation of the lawyers of that District. With the above background the ends of justice demand that criminal complaint titled M/s Gazebo Industries Limited v. Good Luck Impex Pvt. Limited pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana is transferred to Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh who shall dispose of the case within three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Parties are directed to appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh on 26.4.99. Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana is hereby directed to send the record of the complaint to the learned C.J.M. Chandigarh forthwith on receipt of copy of this order. Copy be given dasti to both the parties. One copy of the order be sent to the District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana for information and compliance.
