Mr. Bhuyan submits on behalf of the Petitioner that he is inside custody since 12.9.2019 and the story narrated by the eye-witness is improbable.

5.

Upon hearing Mr. K. Das, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party and perusal of the copies of the depositions of twelve witnesses examined till date for prosecution, as produced by Mr. Bhuyan, it reveals that P.W.4-Matai Munda has clearly stated about eye-witnessing of the occurrence through the window of his room.
