W. Diengdoh, J

Heard Mr. Philemon Nongbri, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Ms. R. Colney, learned GA has accepted notice on behalf of the State respondents No. 1-3.

Let notice be issued upon the respondent No. 4, returnable within 2(two) weeks.

In view of the urgency of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioners has impressed upon this Court that an ex-parte interim order for direction to the concerned respondent department not to finalize the selection process is imperative for ends of justice.

Upon hearing the parties, this Court hereby directs the petitioners to take steps accordingly for issuance of notice. As far as the prayer of interim stay is concerned, as has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents, if in the event, the selection process continues to its culmination, the result of such selection process is not to be published, which is contingent to the disposal of this writ petition.

Accordingly, list this matter after vacation.
