Judgment
Paramjeet Singh, J.—Instant civil revision has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 25.10.2012 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Charkhi Dadri whereby application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (in short "the Code") moved by the petitioners-plaintiffs has been dismissed and the order dated 23.05.2013 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Additional District Judge, Bhiwani whereby appeal preferred against the order dated 25.10.2012 has been dismissed. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Perusal of jamabandi for the year 2006-07 clearly indicates that in the cultivation column, the parties have been shown to be ''Khud Kast'' (self-cultivator). There is no separate possession of any of the parties. In view of above, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the parties to maintain status quo as on today till final disposal of suit.
