The petitioner has explained the circumstances under which the order dated 13.11.2024 could not be complied with. Let the draft of Rs.5,00,000/- (rupees five lac) that has been prepared in the name of learned Registrar General be deposited in the Registry of this Court during the course of the day.

Now, that the draft has been prepared by the petitioner, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition on the basis of order as well as statement recorded by this Court on 03.10.2024 as having been compromised. The copy of order dated 03.10.2024 along-with the statement of the respondent recorded on 03.10.2024 shall form part of the compromise decree.

The amount so deposited be released in favour of the respondent by remitting the same to her account, details whereof shall be supplied by learned counsel for the respondent in the Registry of this Court during the course of the day.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
