This writ petition was filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's representations dated 11.10.2018 (Annexure P-4) and 31.10.2018 (Annexure P-6), whereby he sought promotions along with incidental benefits on par with the fourth respondent with retrospective effect.

By order dated 20.05.2019, this Court directed the authorities concerned to pass appropriate orders upon the petitioner's representations after considering his case in the light of the judgment dated 17.07.2018 in CWP No. 25747 of 2015 and bunch, titled 'Satish Kumar v. State of Haryana'.

Mr. Hitesh Pandit, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, would now inform this Court that pursuant to the aforestated interim order, the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Haryana, Panchkula, passed order dated 05.11.2019 rejecting the request of the petitioner on the ground of delay.

In the light of the aforestated development, this case, as framed, no longer survives for independent consideration on merits. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievance, if any, in relation to the order dated 5.11.2019 passed by the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Haryana, Panchkula, in accordance with law.
