Judgment
ORDER
In pursuance of the last order dated 18.02.2025, the certified copy of the resolution plans by Board of Directors has been filed vide Diary No. 01346/10 dated 28.02.2025. The same is taken on record.
It is noted that ROC has filed its report and in para 6 of this report, it is mentioned that no inquiry/inspection/complaint/legal action has been proceeded or pending against the petitioner company. Moreover, IBBI has not filed its report despite number of opportunities. Therefore, it is presumed that IBBI has nothing to say in this matter. Income Tax Department has no objection for liquidation of the petitioner company as recorded in Annexure 15 at page 169 of the main petition.
