ORDER
CA 14/2019 has been filed by the RP praying for termination of the CIR process. The form FA under Regulation 30(A) has been filed along with it. The resolution to this effect has been taken in the meeting of the COC held on 13th November, 2018. The said application duly annexed with the affidavit. In view of the submissions made, there is no legal impediment allowing the prayer of the application. CIR process stands terminated.
