ORDER
MA 464/2018; MA 1613/2018 IN TCP (IB)-600/MB/2017 By our order dated 29.1.2019, we have approved the resolution plan with certain modification. Details of modification are given in our order dated 29.1.2019. The order was further passed that after modification of the resolution plan, it requires further acceptance of the Resolution Applicant. Therefore, Resolution Applicant was given time for acceptance of the modified resolution plan. The order was further passed to submit the consent on the modified resolution plan by 6.2.2019.
In compliance of our order, the Resolution Applicant has filed its acceptance, wherein it is stated that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Resolution Applicant, the Resolution Applicant is irrevocably and unconditionally accepting the modification in the Resolution Plan. Since the Resolution Applicant has given the consent, approved Resolution plan is effective from today with modification as ordered by us on 29.1.2019.
