Judgment
ORDER
Counsel for the Liquidator is present and prayed that leave may be granted for instituting civil suits in the Court of competent jurisdiction against the debtors. The list of which is appended in a declaration form as stated under para 9 of the application. Since the Company is under liquidation and it was necessary to seek the leave of this Court for initiating the proceedings against the debtor for recovery of the amount shown against their names.
In view of the submissions made and the reasons recorded in the Application, the leave is granted to the Liquidator to file appropriate civil suits for recovery of the amounts due with interest in the Court of competent jurisdictions against the debtors mentioned in the Application under para '9'. Accordingly, the Application stands disposed of.
