Judgment

Mr. Ranjan Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, states that in view of the independent petition, filed by a public spirited person, being CWP No.2342/2018, titled as Saurabh Ahulwalia vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, the present petition can be closed and the directions issued as also the affidavits filed herein , may be read as part and parcel of the proceedings of the said writ petition. We are in agreement with the learned Additional Advocate General and as such close the present proceedings with the directions to the Registry to place on record the pap er-book of the present petition in the file of CWP No.2342 of 2018, referred to above.
Before parting, we wish to place on record appreciation qua the efforts put in by Ms. Jyotsna Rewal Dua, learned Amicus Curiae, who, on the instructions of this Court, contacted letter-petitioner and obtained necessary feedback.
Registry is directed to send a copy of this judgment to the learned Amicus Curiae for necessary action as well as to the letter-petitioner to enable him to take follow up action with the concerned authorities.
