Judgment
IA-4307/2022: An application filed by the Union Bank of India along with the consent of another Financial Creditor namely, Bank of Maharashtra for appointment of Liquidator. Ld. Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that both the Banks/Financial Creditors together constitute 100% of the voting share of the CoC and have prayed for appointment of Ms. Reshma Mittal having IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP00297/2017-18/10541 as Liquidator to the CD due to demise of Shri Navjit Singh, the Liquidator.
In view of the averments made in the application and submissions made by the Ld. Counsel for the Applicant, this Bench appoints Ms. Reshma Mittal having IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP00297/2017-18/10541 as Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor with immediate effect.
Intervention Petition-24/2022- An application filed by one Mr. Satish Kumar ex-employee of the Corporate Debtor. In view of the Liquidator already appointed in IA-4307/2022, the present IA has become infructuous.
With this, the Intervention Petition-24/2022 is dismissed being infructuous.
