ORDER
Ld. Counsel on both sides present. Ld. Counsel appearing for the Financial Creditor seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition since the Corporate Debtor is an NBFC. Recording these submissions, CP(IB)128(KB)2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is however granted to the Financial Creditor to pursue appropriate remedies under the Law before appropriate Forum.
