The prayer in the present case is for appointment of Mr. Madan B. Vasihnawa as an Insolvency Resolution Professional. The application is moved by the financial creditor having 64.42% voting. On perusal of the COC proceedings, it is evident that the name of Mr. Madan B. Vasihnawa was proposed by the applicant whereas the other members of the COC have not accorded their consent. In view of the same, the prayer sought cannot be granted and the same is decline. In view of the fact that the earlier appointed RP has already withdrawn himself in view of the expiry of his registration. Thus, let Mr. Ravinder Kumar Sharma, having IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-003/N-00331/2021-2022/13598, having Email Id: [email protected] be appointed as RP. With these observations, the present application is disposed of.
