Ms. Iram Majid, learned CGSC for the respondents submits on instructions that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat the writ petition as a representation in a time bound frame for consideration thereof.

Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition directing the respondents to treat this writ petition as a representation and pass a detailed and speaking order thereon within a period of six weeks from today. The decision as and when taken shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith. Should the petitioner continue to remain aggrieved his remedies in law would remain reserve.

The writ petition is disposed of.
