By an order dated 18th March 2013, this Court had granted ad-interim relief. By an order dated 3rd September, 2013, this Petition was admitted and the ad-interim relief was continued.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that nothing survives in this Petition. The proceeding before the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Writ Petition No.89 of 2011 (Jaipuria Institute of Management & Ors. v. All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) & Ors.) was withdrawn on 12th December, 2017. In view thereof, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition.
In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.
Rule is discharged.
