Judgment
CA No. 510/2019:
This application is filed by one of the CoC member Mr. Rishi Kapoor. Mr. Satish Rai appearing for applicant states that this is an application to decide the issue of distribution of assets to be considered to the creditors as secured/un-secured Financial Creditors. He further states that the applicant has filed another application which is the objection to the resolution plan which is approved by the CoC and filed before this Adjudicating Authority for approval. This application can be listed and considered while considering the resolution plan. Learned counsel Mr. Nipun Gautam, appearing for Resolution Professional states that present applicant is a CoC member and the Financial Creditor as per admission of its claim. The only issue is whether Secured or Unsecured is to be decided.
