ORDER.
On the confirmation given by IBBI for appointment of Ms. Deepa Venkat Ramani as Resolution Professional (RP) replacing the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP), namely, Ms. Sripriya Kumar, this Bench hereby appoints Ms. Deepa Venkat Ramani [Regn.No.IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00118/2017-18/10287] as RP with a direction to the IRP to deliver the records of the company to the RP within three days hereof.
Accordingly, list this MA/691/2019 is hereby allowed.
