IA 4113 of 2023:- Counsel, B Joshi appeared for the Applicant. The present Application filed by the CoC through its Authorized Representative Mrs. Sayali Sanjay Kadam for replacement of Interim Resolution Professional, Mr. Pranav Damania. Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the tenure of Mr. Pranav Damani has been ended on 18.07.2023, therefore, the CoC through Board Resolution dated 20.07.2023 passed a resolution with 100% Vote to appoint the proposed Insolvency Professional Mr. Raghunath S. Bhandari bearing Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N01023/2020-21/13276 as Resolution Professional in the matter of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of Greenleaf Commerce Pvt. Ltd. immediately after the expiry of tenure of Interim Resolution Professional, which is annexed with the present Application. In view of the averments made in the present Application and in the light of the CoC resolution with 100% voting, this bench allows to appoint Mr. Raghunath S. Bhandari as Resolution Professional in place of Mr. Pranav Damania. Accordingly, IA 4113 of 2023 is allowed and disposed of.
