By this application, the respondent seeks disposal of WP(C) 19492/2025 with a direction that the case of the respondent be placed before the next Screening Committee which would consider cases for compassionate appointment in accordance with order dated 22 December 2025 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction that the respondent’s case would be put up for consideration for compassionate ground before the next Screening Committee, which meets for the said purpose.
We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
