Judgment
I.A. No. 1925 of 2024: This is an application filed by the Applicant praying for following reliefs:
PRAYERS
In view of facts stated hereinabove, it is humbly prayed that this Honble NCLAT may be graciously pleased to:
a. Pass orders on prayers in I.A. - 194/2024 and CA(AT)-112/2023.
Interim reliefs (ex parte)
b. Direct for reinstatement and protection of appellant.
c. Pass any order to protect staff that this Honble NCLAT may deem fit in the interest of justice.
The Appeal in which this application has been filed was disposed of by our order dated 10.08.2023, in which I.A. No.194 of 2024 which was disposed of on 11.01.2024. This application has again filed in the disposed of appeal Company Appeal (AT) No.112 of 2023. We being already disposed of the appeal, we are of the view that applications filed in the disposed of appeal need not be entertained.
Grievance of the Applicant is that in pursuance of order dated 11.01.2024 matter is still pending before the Adjudicating Authority. We having already passed order on the appeal as well as on I.A., we are not inclined to entertain this application any further filed in an appeal which was disposed of on 10.08.2023.
Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the order was passed for deciding the matter within 30 days. We having disposed of the Appeal and I.A.s, we see no reason to entertain any further prayers in this application. The application is rejected.
