Judgment
ORDER
12.07.2023: Counsel for the Respondents has submitted that the present appeal has been filed by the Operational Creditors against the same impugned order dated 16.03.2021 by which the Resolution Plan was approved. It is further submitted that the validity of the order dated 16.03.2021 was challenged by similarly situated Operational Creditors in Appeal No. 98 of 2021 which has been dismissed after a detailed discussion on 09.07.2021.
Thereafter, Operational Creditors also filed Appeal No. 179/2021 against the order of sanctioning of the Plan which was dismissed on 05.12.2021. It is also submitted by Counsel of the Respondents that the aforesaid order dated 16.03.2021 has already been implemented thoroughly as all the Creditors have been duly paid.
No one has put in appearance on behalf of the Appellant in the aforesaid appeals. Therefore, all the appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution.
