Judgment
P.Velmurugan, J
As per the order of this Court dated 05.11.2025, Mr.S.Saravanan, I.A.S, The District Collector, Dindigul District, Dr.S.Visakan I.A.S., Managing Director, TASMAC Limited, Egmore, Chennai 600 008 and Mr.S.M.Murugan, The District Manager, TASMAC, Dindigul District are present before this Court today.
The second respondent/ Managing Director/TASMAC Limited, Egmore, Chennai has filed an undertaking affidavit before this Court and the relevant para reads as follows:
“ 6. I submit that this Hon'ble Court was pleased to pause over the case at 2.15 pm., to make some deposit. Even though out of the said Rs. 1,15,66,137/- we should meet out administrative expenses, in order to obey the order of this Hon'ble Court, the TASMAC had prepared to deposit the entire amount of Rs.1,15,66,137/- without prejudice to our rights to agitate the validity of the order passed on 07.10.2025 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(Diary) No.62189 of 2025. In the above said circumstances, we pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit us to deposit a sum of Rs.1,15,66,137/-
3.Based on the undertaking given by the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.1,15,66,137/-which is the sale amount for the period between 16.10.2025 and 5.11.2025, to the credit of LAOP No.64 of 2019 & etc., batch .
The second respondent is also directed to deposit the entire collection amount from 06.11.2025 onwards, to the credit of LAOP No.64 of 2019 &etc., batch until further orders.
The personal appearance of the respondents are dispensed with.
