This Review Petition is filed to review the judgment dated 25.11.2022 in W.P. (C)No.38001/2022. This Court disposed of the above writ petition with the following directions:
“i) The petitioner/her authorised power of attorney holder will appear before the respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
ii) On appearance of the petitioner/her authorised power of attorney holder, the respondent will hear and pass appropriate orders in Ext.P6 on the same day or within a period of two seeks from the date of appearance.
iii) Based on the decision taken as above, the respondent will consider Ext.P5 application for replacement also.”
When this Review Petition came up for consideration on 10.07.2023, this Court directed the learned Government Pleader to verify whether any consequential order is passed as per the impugned judgment in this Review Petition. The Government Pleader after getting instructions submitted that the transfer of permit was effected on 30.01.2023 in compliance with the judgment of this Court. If that be the case, the judgment need not be reviewed. All the contentions raised by the Review petitioner is left open and the Review petitioner is free to challenge the same, if he is aggrieved, in accordance with law.
With the above observation, this Review Petition is closed.
