The present bail application have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners, who is in judicial custody in connection with F.I.R.

No.62/2021, Police Station Arnod, District Pratapgarh, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354B, 34 and 307 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through VC and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that none of the injuries attributed to injured have been declared dangerous to life.

It is further submitted that trial will take sufficiently long time therefore, benefit of bail may be granted to the petitioners.

On the contrary, learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application of the accused-petitioner and stated that injury No.2 of injured Radheyshyam

was found to be grievous in nature and injury No.2 of injured Abhishek was also found to be grievous in nature.

None of the injuries have been declared as dangerous to life and further trial will take sufficiently long time, therefore, without expressing any opinion

on the merits/demerits of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the bail application filed by the petitioners deserves to be accepted.

Consequently, the bail application is allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioners (1) Chunnilal S/o Mannalal, (2) Anil S/o Chunnilal and (3)

Narendra @ Bhola S/o Chunnilal, arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.62/2021, Police Station Arnod, District Pratapgarh, shall be released on bail, if

not wanted in any other case, provided each one of them furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) and two sureties of

Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court for their appearance before that Court on each and

every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.
