On the application submitted by the Applicant (Operational Creditor) to the Resolution Professional and the same being placed before this Bench by the Resolution Professional along with a memo for withdrawal of the application on the ground the claim made by the Applicant (Operational Creditor) is settled in between the Operational Creditor and the Corporate Debtor, in view of Sec.12A of the Code r/w. Amended Regulation 30A (Insolvency Resolution Process 2^nd Amendment Regulation 2019), this Company Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
