Respondent Nos.3 and 4 in R.P.No.463 of 2019 filed this petition for review of the order dated 19.09.2022.
When this matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that he is not pressing the review petition.
Recording the aforesaid submission, the Review Petition is dismissed.

The Station House Officer, Guruvayoor Police Station is suo motu impleaded as additional 5th respondent. The learned Senior Government Pleader takes notice for the additional 5th respondent.
Election to the Bharana Samithi of Chowallur Sivakshetram is scheduled to be held on 13.11.2022.
The learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that all arrangements for the smooth conduct of the election are already done. However, it is essential to have the assistance of atleast three more officers on the day of election. It is also submitted that there shall be arrangements for monitoring the law and order situation on the day of election.
Heard the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned counsel for respondents 1, 3 and 4, and the learned Senior Government Pleader for respondents 2 and 5.
Needless to say that the election of the Bharana Samithi of Chowallur Sivakshetram has to be conducted in accordance with the provisions under Chowallur Sivakshetra Bharana Scheme. The learned Advocate Commissioner has taken all necessary steps for the smooth conduct of the election.
Considering the submission of the learned Advocate Commissioner, we deem it appropriate to direct the Cochin Devaswom Board, the petitioners in R.P.No.463 of 2019, to depute three competent officers of the Board for assisting the Advocate Commissioner in the conduct of the election on 13.11.2022 in addition to one officer, who has already been deputed.
The additional 5th respondent will see that there occurs no law and order situation during the course of election. In the event of requiring any assistance, the learned Advocate Commissioner may make a request to the 5th respondent, who shall take all necessary steps to ensure that there occurred no breach of the law and order and no disturbance to the smooth conduct of the election.
The learned Advocate Commission will oversee the entire process of election. The decision of the learned Advocate Commissioner shall be final in the matter of the procedure for election. Used ballot papers will be entrusted with a competent officer of the Cochin Devaswom Board, who shall keep the same in safe custody. After completion of he process of election, the learned Advocate Commissioner shall submit a report before this Court regarding the matter.
