Judgment

Heard. Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of learned counsel for the parties.
Communication dated 14.10.2022, sent by respondent no.2 to the college of the petitioner is taken on record and marked “A” for identification. It shows that the provisional approval to the admission of the petitioner to B.Ed course has been granted and final decision in that regard would be taken in the next meeting of the respondent no.2.
With such a decision having been taken, we find that the grievance of the petitioner has been substantially redressed and, therefore, this petition deserves to be disposed of accordingly.
We, therefore, dispose of the petition in terms of the communication, which is marked “A” and direct the respondent no.5, to issue Transfer Certificate to the petitioner, subject to the final decision to be taken by the respondent no.2 in the matter. We also direct the respondent nos.3 and 4 to declare the result of the examination of the third and the fourth semester courses and supply copies of the mark-sheets to the petitioner, subject to the final decision taken by the respondent no.2 in the matter.
Rule is made absolute in the above terms. No order as to costs.
