ORDER

Mr. Nithish Bangera, Ld. Authorised Representative for the Petitioner present.

This is an Application filed by the Applicant seeking liquidation of the Lakeview Techsystems Private Limited.

The Committee of Creditors (CoC) in its 3rd CoC meeting held on 02.11.2021 have resolved as follows:-

“RESOLVED THAT the committee of creditors unanimously approves liquidation of Lakeview Techsystems Private Limited and Mr. Bhavesh Rathod (Resolution Professional) be authorized to make an application before Hon’ble NCLT Mumbai Bench for liquidation of the Corporate Debtor.

The Professional appearing for the Applicant also mentions that they have received a claim of sole Operational Creditor having a claim of Rs. 9.00 Lakhs and there are no assets in the company and the company was not in function at the time of the admission of the Petition.

In view of the Resolution Passed by the COC, this Bench appoints Mr. Bhavesh Rathod to act as Liquidator for the Company and is also filed his consent in Form-AA and the fees Rs.25000 is fixed as resolution passed by the COC.

I.A. is allowed and disposed of.
