Judgment
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J
Notice. Mr. Ajay Chauhan, learned Standing Counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
The instant execution petition has been filed for grant of the following substantive reliefs:-
"a) To release the interest @ 9% p.a. from the Due Date i.e. 01.04.2019 to the date of payment on the amount of Gratuity, Leave Encashment alongwith further interest @ 9% p.a. is also ordered to be released by the Corporation to the petitioner on the total amount of interest accrued on the date of payment of amount of Gratuity, Leave encashment as per the judgment of Nek Ram Vs State of H.P. & others (CWP No. 3050/2014) decided on 14-07-2014 Annexure P-2.
b) To release monthly pension to the petitioner in his Bank account on 1st day of each month."
Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, states that the drawing limit for the total amount of Rs.17,92,000/- has been released on 17.12.2021 and the same is likely to be credited to the account of the petitioner within one week. His statement is taken on record.
The execution petition is disposed of on the basis of the aforesaid statement.
