Petitioner feels aggrieved by his transfer order Annexure P-1. His name figures at serial No. 20. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he had already represented to the respondents for his transfer from Kinnaur District to Sirmaur District vide Annexures P-4 & P-5 dated 2.5.2012 & 1.10.2012 respectively, which are still pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the instructions of the petitioner, prays that his pending representation be decided in a time bound manner as per the instructions already issued in this behalf Annexures P-2 & P-3. In view of this, respondents are hereby directed to dispose of the said representations within a period of two months from today. In case, petitioner chooses to file some additional representation, he is at liberty to do so within 10 days from today, along with the certified copy of this order. Till then, impugned order, qua petitioner, be not implemented.
With these observations/directions, petition stands disposed of so also the pending applications(s). Copy Dasti.
